Step by Step Nursery, Mirdif, Dubai is seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Teacher to provide high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate will support young learners’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with early years best practices and international standards. Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate early years learning activities

Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment

Support children’s holistic development through play-based learning

Observe, assess, and document children’s progress

Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers

Ensure compliance with nursery policies, KHDA regulations, and safeguarding standards
